Chad, a perpetual student at the "school of hard-knocks" isn't one to give up easily. The Bagel Guy was started after he woke up one morning with the sudden, unshakeable desire to learn to make Bagels. It wasn't easy by any means, and after a couple thousand, Chad knew he was on to something. And yes, he insists it was literally thousands. It wasn't easy, "its a secret club".

After success with the Bagels, new products were introduced. Muffins. Cookies. Breads. Buns. Coffee Cakes. The Bagel Guy GSO is now considered a full service Bakery, as opposed to a "niche". Focusing on Yiddish/Jewish baked goods and while the product line has expanded, the commitment to quality has stayed the same. Never compromise. The best quality. Every time.

Growing up, both of his Grandmothers were always whipping up tasty treats in the kitchen. One who always seemed to have a pot of stock simmering away, taught Chad all about Pierogis. The other, always had fresh cookies, or a loaf of Banana Bread ready at the offer. It seemed to be in the stars that Chad would find his way back to the Kitchen. Doing what he does best.
